Warranty Information

WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR OF PARTS AND ASSEMBLIES ONLY - NO LABOR OR OTHER EXPENSES ARE ALLOWED. WARRANTY IS VOID IF EVIDENCE OF OVER HEATING, OIL STARVATION, RACING OR ABUSE IS INDICATED.

Crankshafts, camshafts, balance shafts, and automotive assemblies are warranted for 30 days from the date of purchase against defective workmanship only. No warranty is made as to the internal quality of the metal of a used shaft. We assume no liability should a used shaft break after installation in an engine.

PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO DIFFERENT SHAFT, ROD, AND PISTON WEIGHTS IN OTHERWISE SIMILAR ENGINES WE CANNOT WARRANTY ANY COMBINATION AGAINST VIBRATION OR BALANCE PROBLEMS, UNLESS THE ASSEMBLY IS REBALANCED AS A MATCHED SET OR OBTAINED AS A KIT FROM THE MANUFACTURER.

Structurally sound castings are warranted to be usable for 90 days from date of purchase. Repaired castings have a 30 day warranty. Cracked or damaged castings have no warranty.

Overhead cam valve trains with new cam(s), followers, and/or lash adjustors have a 90 day warranty when installed in a rebuilt head as part of a valve job. Valve trains assembled with used and new parts sets have a 30 day warranty. Used valve trains which cannot be assembled against their original working surfaces and hydraulic adjustors have no warranty.

We cannot guarantee that our bearings will fit your block, head, connecting rods, or shafts unless we provide (or check) both parts of the assembly. The bearing clearances, shaft flanges, pilot holes, oil feeds, timing indicators, etc., should be checked prior to installation. It is important to check all parts carefully before assembly as warranty does not cover labor to remove and replace wrong parts, damaged materials, or materials claimed defective.

Any parts claimed defective must be returned prepaid. Credit will be issued only after inspection, and only if the parts are resalable "as new".

Utmost care is used in compiling components in kits. Because numerous changes may be made by original equipment manufacturers and their vendors, application listings may not be complete and/or correct. We cannot assume responsibility for listings or damages due to the misapplication of parts. It is the installer's responsibility to make certain all parts are correct before installing.
